We reserved the Banquet Hall about nine months prior to our event. Valencia Marierose, manager, is very professional and efficient. She is extremely prompt in her correspondence both on email and cell phone. She is very good at retuning messages and no question is too silly. She is so gracious to answer even the smallest of concerns.
The Banquet Hall hosted an open house for us to attend where we were able to taste the food options and meet with some of their other preferred vendors. We chose to have the Alvaton provide the catering although we could have selected an outside caterer.
As our event approached, Valencia was in weekly contact with us. She also met with MOB about two weeks prior to finalize our plans. She was very open to our ideas and was helpful in executing what we wanted in order to give the Alvaton our personal touch for the wedding.
The day before the wedding, Valencia met us at the banquet hall so we could deliver our decorating supplies. She even allowed us some time that day to do some set up which was so very helpful.
Our guests were very complimentary of the Alvaton as a venue. Valencia made the whole reception run smoothly. Everything from appetizers to the sparkler exit went exactly as planned and Valencia was so important in pulling it all together.
