Above Prices Include Tax
Facility Rental Includes:
34-60" Round Guest Tables,2-48" Round, 2-36" Round, 7-6' Banquet Tables & 3-8' banquet, Chairs, Warming Kitchen, Ice Machine, Large Bar Area, Bridal Suite and large dance floor. Also includes one hour free rehearsal on Monday through Thursday before 5:00 PM.
To reserve your date, a non-refundalbe payment of 1/2 rental fee is required.
Additional Fees:
- Refundable Damage Fee $750.00 required seven (7) days before the event (cash only).
- Security Officer, if serving alcohol, minimum of four (4) hours, $40.00 per hour, per officer.
If the guest count exceeds 120 guests two (2) officers will be required.
- Bartender $180.00 for a minimum of five(5) hours. Additional hours are $60.00 per hour.
- Kitchen Fee, if cooking, $375.00. And warming, only $200.00
- Additional Time $200.00 per hour.
- Additional Rehearsal Time: $75.00 per hour.
